Since 1958, the nonprofit Monterey Jazz Festival has been committed to celebrating America's creativity and cultural heritage by presenting legendary jazz musicians, composers, and young rising stars. Continuing to deliver two weeks of non-stop entertainment and world-class music, Montreux Jazz Festival will also announce their free music programme on 01 June 2022 for festival goers to enjoy. Returning to full capacity for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic, Montreux is back with its biggest line-up yet. Pool parties, silent discos, open air concerts, jam sessions, workshops and all-night electro events : each year, the Festival showcases 250 free concerts, DJ sets and activities, from noon to 5am! The festival will be closed by jazz piano great Hancock, 82, and Jamie Cullum. Following the success of his Heavy is the Head tour, Stormzy will perform at Montreux for the very first time.
